Our lives will always be shaped by perspective. No two people can experience something in exactly the same way. So it shouldn’t be surprising that success surprises. Whether it’s a joke that you don’t think is that funny but everyone else seems to, or a blog post that you don’t think is really that good that everyone else loves, success on any scale is determined by the perspective of others, which are always less understandable and more surprising than your own.
