Social media users are always on the digital market looking to buy. We are constantly looking for a new blog, newsletter, social network to move into that offers more spacious, comfortable, and convenient value. And it’s certainly a buyers market; social media users are all filthy rich with attention, which is why most of us have multiple places scattered throughout the internet. We love to spend our attention, but with so many places on the market we can be selective with what we buy and finicky with how long we stay. If consumers are buyers, all the brands, bloggers, and power users out there are sellers. They are all competing to sell us a spot in their digital co-op, but it’s hard to sell a home when the market is flush with beautiful homes in prime locations.
